Project was completed in 28 days - New filter house had to fit on existing concrete pad- Only had 4 weeks to plan project.Installing new support steel and first filter house ModuleSecond Filter house module going in, there were a total of 4 modules. The weather Hood supports were installed on the groundWeather Hoods and  Transition Plenum, being finished. This project was finished in 28 days start to finish. New 501F filter House install with evaporative cooling

Opening cut in stack and monorails installed for panel removal.Removing Silencer Baffles using engineered beam and beam trolleys. Panels had to be rigged with slings because of inadequate existing lifting eyes and condition of panels. Silencer baffles on the ground and separating the steel and insulation for demo. New silencer baffles being rigged onto trolley system with crane.Lower set of silencer baffles in place and upper level support brackets being welded into place. Replacement of 25 Stack Silencers in exhaust stack connected to an HRSG. Panels were roughly at the 60′ elevation.

Rough cuts made and attemperator being rigged out from under unit on custom made tracks and cart. New attemperator being slid under unit.Attemperator in place and fit up.Getting ready to be wrapped for pre-heat and root pass.Welding out 24" SCH. 60 weld joint. Roughly 60# of filler metal was required per joint. Attemperator welded out and going through post weld heat treat. Inter-pass Re-heater Attemperator replacement. 24″ OD, P91, SCH. 60 material.

Pulling Economizer #2 panels, economizer #1 panels were under the LP Drum and had to be rigged out from under drum into economizer #2 bay with beam trolleys. Economizer tube panels being rigged out of unit with crane.Economizer #1 tube panels being rigged out from under LP drum and into Economizer #2 bay to be transferred to crane.Tube Panels back in place and hangers and hanger support steel being reinstalled. During repairs, tube panels were temporarily supported.Connector pipe welds being heat treated. Replacement of 18 economizer tube panels (Harps), in a double wide HRSG. There were two units to complete scope in. The first unit was done in the fall, and the second unit was completed the following spring.
